• One hour and 15 mins
• We cover what it is you need and want to work on, I see where you are energetically and where it is we can take you. We identify where you'd like to create change and how to move through any resistance

• MENTORING SESSIONS x9
• One hour Sessions, weekly for 8 weeks, then a 4 week break before the last
• The 9th Session (and 10th week overall) is a check-in session. Done 4 weeks later to assist with any questions you have, and to see how you are going within yourself. This is a part Soul Reading session, is 30 minutes
